Franz Kafka is considered as the best known Prague's German-language writer of Jewish descent and one of the most influential writers of 20th century. He was born and lived majority of his life in Prague. Therefore, there are many sights and arts connected to him at the Old Town district. There is also the Franz Kafka Museum withinthe Little Quarter. He is buried at the New Jewish cemetery.
