The town of Český Krumlov is a beautiful mediaval town in Southern Bohemia, approximately 180 km / 120 miles from Prague. Its entire historical heart is a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1992. It feels like a fairytale to walk around its little alleys, renaissance houses and a large castle above the town centre. On the way back the journey will also lead to the nearby village of Holašovice, a picturesque little gem and another UNESCO World Heritage site. This trip is a must visit if you want to explore Czech countryside.
